Coronavirus (COVID-19) update
Please note: this page will be regularly updated
I would like to let you know about the steps I am taking during these uncertain times.
The safety of my customers + family is paramount at all times, and in particular in light of the ongoing situation with coronavirus (COVID-19). I am following guidelines set out by the government + Public Health England (PHE), including following strict hygiene measures + practicing social distancing.
I am currently taking orders as normal, and will continue to do so for as long as practically possible. Royal Mail are doing everything they can to provide an unaffected postal service, and are also following guidance from PHE. You can read more about what Royal Mail are doing to protect their customers here. PHE has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels.
Given the rapidly evolving situation, there may be some delays within the postal service, so please bear this in mind when ordering. Furthermore, in order to limit my social contact I will be making a maximum of 2 Post Office drop-offs per week. This will take place on Monday and Friday of each week until further notice.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email me firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting my lil' business + crystal dream. Together we will beat this.
Health + blessings to you and yours,
